Yogurt and fruit bowl

1.Start by scooping the Greek yogurt into a bowl as the base.

2. Top the yogurt with mixed berries, diced papaya or pineapple, and banana slices.

3. Sprinkle chia seeds or ground flaxseed over the fruits. If you’d like, add a small handful of granola or crushed nuts for extra fiber and texture.

4. Drizzle with raw honey or maple syrup for a touch of natural sweetness, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

5.Mix gently to combine flavors, then enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient benefit!

Mashed potatoes With mushrooms And brussels sprout

Okay we all know how to mash potatoes(hopefully) , so here is how you make the brussels sprout :

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  1. Trim the ends and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves.

    Cut each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise (or quarter if they’re large) for even roasting.

    In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they’re evenly coated. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. If you want extra crispiness, roast them a bit longer, up to 30 minutes, checking occasionally to prevent burning.
